Robotic additive manufacturing (FGF) with glass-fibre-reinforced HDPE pellets. Print speed 84 kg/h. A unit of 250–600 kg is produced in 3 to 7 hours of print time — compared to about a week with traditional hand fabrication.
The Oehr family has been engaged in the Densiline network for years (Densiline Chile). VÆLARUM adds the German manufacturing leg. Recycled HDPE stays in the material loop — used components can be shredded and re-printed.
Survey, modelling, simulation and manufacturing happen remotely. Only the installation of the printed modules requires a physical visit to the site.
LiDAR drone or traditional survey. Basin geometry as point cloud, ≤ 5 cm vertical accuracy.
Point cloud becomes CAD geometry. Retrofit part tailored exactly to the individual basin.
CFD flow simulation validates the expected efficiency gain before manufacturing.
Robotic print in modular segments. GF-HDPE from recycled material.
Modules are assembled on site. Commissioning and handover to the plant operator.
